The target groups of the project are:
- Young people between the ages of 18-30 felt not represented, with policy literacy problems and far from decision-making mechanisms
- Youth leaders, Universities, Local Institutions, Cultural and Voluntary Associations, Third Sector representatives, Movements, Youth
